Returns & Refunds
We encourage considered purchases and a conscious approach to consumption. If for any reason your order is not as expected, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- made-to-order pieces
- personalized items
- sealed items not suitable for return once opened (for hygiene reasons)
