1. General

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. The applicable version is the one published at the time of your purchase.

2. Products

La Litoranea offers garments crafted from natural materials and produced in Italy through artisanal processes. Subtle variations in color, texture, or finish may occur as a result of this approach and are to be considered part of the product's character, not defects. Product descriptions aim to be accurate and transparent. By placing an order, you accept the characteristics of the item as presented.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via external providers. We are not responsible for technical issues or delays attributable to such services. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Items placed in the cart are not reserved. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to: • unavailability • suspected fraudulent activity • pricing or listing errors Any payment received in such cases will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination. Once shipped, orders are entrusted to third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law. Returns must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. Certain items (including made-to-order or personalized pieces) may not be eligible for return where specified. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU regulations, including GDPR.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to La Litoranea or its licensors. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, La Litoranea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence. Jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Milan, Italy.
